By earning TTT certification, participants will gain credibility as a qualified trainer, enhance their career opportunities, and increase their earning potential. The best part is that the trainer will automatically be added into the trainer's pool in trainers.hrdcorp.gov.my as a certified HRD Corp trainer. In other words, the certified trainer is eligible to offer claimable courses under various schemes in HRD Corp for income generation.

Our comprehensive TTT certification program covers 5 main competency areas with emphasis on the 70/30 rule of practical and theory respectively :-

The duration of our TTT certification program is set at 5 days. As this certification is governed by HDRCorp, the number is days is in compliance with what HDRCorp has set as a standard.

While there are no strict prerequisites for enrolling in our TTT certification program, participants should have a strong interest in training and development, as well as basic communication and presentation skills. Previous experience in a training-related role may be beneficial but is not required.

We only offer in-person options for our TTT certification program to ensure optimum learning experience and high knowledge transger. Our in-person sessions offer immersive, hands-on learning experiences that is designed best for classroom based training.

Participants in our TTT certification program will receive ongoing support from our team of experienced trainers and facilitators. This includes access to course materials, resources, and online forums for collaboration and networking. Additionally, we offer post-program mentoring and coaching to help participants apply their newfound skills in real-world settings.
