What happens when we discontinue our subscription?

You can continue using the system afterward. However your access will be read-only mode. We will retain the data for at least 12 month from your last active subscription.

What does the data migration cover?

Data migration is the process where you will provide staff and training information in excel format and we shall upload the data for you.

What is system integration?

System integration is a process where if you have HR system where you keep up-to-date HR information, we can link it so that if you make an update in the HR system, it will be pushed to our system on a scheduled basis - usually daily. So, no need to do double entry job.

How can we join the training?

The online training is made available every week. You can book your 1-day training using link which will be provided during registration. Training will be conducted via Zoom.
